RMA Policy:
Century offers a limited lifetime replacement policy for any of its products found to be defective due to materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover malfunctioning due to incompatibility issues caused by the wrong product being purchased, obsolete or discontinued products. Century offers replacement only. No credits or refund.
Provide proof of purchase from Century or from one of Century¡¦s resellers (only if they are no longer in business). Century will not issue an RMA # if proof of purchase is not provided.
Clear identification on the product proving it is a Century product. Provide picture of product either by scan or copier.
No visible signs of misuse, tampering or modifications to the product.
Complete an RMA Request Form and submit it by fax or e-mail along with proof of purchase and picture.
Upon receipt of your qualified return request, Century will issue an RMA # to identify the returned shipment. Issuance of an RMA # does not guarantee the product will be replaced by Century.
The return shipment should be packaged in anti-static bags and boxed properly to avoid damages in transit.
The return shipment will be sent to Century at your expense and clearly marked with the RMA # on the outside of the box or it will be refused.
Upon receipt of the return, Century will inspect the product to qualify for replacement. If the product has been damaged, misused or is found not to be a Century product we will contact you with our findings. It will be your decision whether you want Century to return the product as is but it will be at your expense. When products are qualified for replacement it will be sent out FedEx Ground at Century¡¦s expense.
