In order to design a high-quality memory
module, it is very important to control accurately the impedance and the
wiring length. In the CE043, all signals are arranged efficiently to each
layer. The wiring density has been reduced on the 3rd inner-layer
and the 4th inner-layer to eliminate interference. The long wiring and essential signals are arranged on the
6th outer-layer, which are shielded by a GND copper plane. In the CE043, the wiring density of each layer is controlled finely. It will assure absolute stability. | ||||||||
