If your product is found to be defective due
to materials or workmanship, please check the following: If
the problem is not rectified, we will accept it for repair or
replacement according to warranty
conditions.
- Is the module correctly seated?
- Is the module or the socket of
computer dirty?
- Does the module and/or the socket
have any obstruction?
- Is the module seated in the
correct position? Some computers need to be reset after you
change memory module. Pleae refer to the direction of the
computer.
*Mis-installation of memory module may cause
problems in your computer and a part of the computer may be
damaged in the worst case.

Repair or Replacement |

We will repair or replace product according to
warranty
conditions, although you may request repairs on a
chargeable basis in the following cases even during the
guarantee period.
- Damage caused by improper use as
stated in warranty
- Module repaired and/or remodeled
by someone other than Century Technical Section.

*RMA request form is extremely important to
help us find the cause of the trouble. It may take longer to
repair it if the form is not filled out correctly.

How to return : |
- The return shipment should be
packed in anti-static bags and boxed properly to avoid
damage in transit. Also please keep a copy of your invoice
and B/L.
- The return shipment will be sent
to HOSEY at your expense.
- After the repair(or replacement),
it will be sent back to you at HOSEY expense.
